Adele Williamson graduated from Tulane University in 1945 where she was an active member in Phi Mu sorority. She married and moved to Baton Rouge in 1947 where she became an active alumna with the Phi Mu chapter at LSU. She was national president of Phi Mu between 1962 and 1966.
